  2. If I had a nickel for every time this happened to me, I could have retired _years_ ago. I blame “Law & Order” for this mindset. They would take a tiny, tiny portion of an image and–Presto!–enlarge it and make it crystal clear. Yeah, riiiight!

    • There is an issue within the justice system where jurists don’t know why they can’t get results as fast as they do in “Law and Order” and the “CSI” shows. Or why the equipment in the labs aren’t as cool-looking.

    • I like Rick Cook’s version of it better. They get the technician to “enhance” the very clear picture of an obvious dragon until they can not only tell what kind of plane it was, but what the numbers on the tail are.

  3. Ahahaha! If you don´t mind, I think I´ll print it, frame it and put it on my desk, so I can look at it and count to ten every damn time thats happen…
